The classic

ROOFTOP EXPERIENCE

As the sun begins its descent over the Atlas Mountains, gather on our rooftop for an intimate cooking experience. This evening class focuses on mastering one perfect dish: our signature seven-hour lamb tagine with caramelized prunes and toasted sesame.

Learn the patience and technique required for authentic Moroccan slow cooking. Prepare traditional salads, mix your own ras el hanout spice blend, and discover the secrets of layering flavors. Watch the medina transform at sunset while your tagine simmers, then dine under the stars with your fellow cooking enthusiasts.
